Sometimes you need one-to-one help with a digital problem. Our staff and volunteers can help with anything from turning the volume up on your phone, to finding your emails, connecting to the internet, or learning to use a spreadsheet.

On Fridays we have two sessions when you can pop-in for some help: 

• Between 10am-12pm there is usually a spare helper at the learning session who can come out help you.

• In the afternoon, between 2pm-4pm, dedicated Catbytes Buddies are available for drop-in visitors.
